Great American Gunstock Co. Ordered and paid for a custom gunstock, never received stock, GAGS Co won't refund $276.00 Yuba City, California

As I best recall (and this incident happend some time ago) what happend here is we received an order from this guy that must have fallen through the cracks because it didn't get made and some time went by.  He says he sent a letter or e-mail and didn't get a reply.  That too may have happend.  However, he complained to the Better Business Bureau in California and they contacted me.  I called this customer and appoligized for the poor service and offered to fill the order.  He said he no longer needed the stock because he found one someplace else, but he now needed another stock for a different gun.  He said if I could furnish one of equivalent value he would be satisfied.  We sent him a stock for the second gun that he found to be satisfactory and he was nice enough to contact the BBB and tell them he was a satisfied customer.
