Great Expectations Atlanta SCAM ARTISTS ATLANTA, Georgia

I have had similar experiences with GE and would be very interested in class action suit. I had contacted GE early on with no response and also their collection agencies. I just received a summons today but not even sure what I am suppose to do now. Any advice would be appreciated. I plan on copying all complaints and turning that over as evidence and also finding email that was sent to GE years ago with complaints. I don't have money for attorney at this time so I guess I'll just have a fool for a client and represent myself. I only paid them $200 and could care less about getting that back. Just don't want their fee for such a rip company hanging over my head. This is from April 2008 when I was originally scammed.

I know for a fact they do not do extensive background checks as they stated as I saw a co-worker on the site and know for a fact he had had several run in with the law and also psychiatric problems.

They are the most dissapointing service provider ever! Their best service is NO service at all.

You are not allowed to rescind, there is no such thing...Whatever you do, stay, leave, you have to pay the fee, and they will be on you, throwing collections agencies, lawyers threats with the court at you until you pay. And, you know why? Because we are one-by-one...feeling defenseless, scared, threatened and paying so they can go out and jump on another unsatisfied customer that, rightfully so, stopped being a "member" and also stopped paying.

The contract is legally binded, but I was unable to find in there a few interesting words that might open a new course of action for the SO MANY unsatisfied customers of this agency... So, if you have been hurt, if you feel like your money were literally stolen from you through bullying (at least this is what I felt), answer to the initiator of this complaint and maybe, if we are more than one at a time, things might get corrected for us.

It is in order for an attorney to contact me - personally, or as a part of a class action suit. We are too many - it is impossible that this continues without some repercusions...

I was just looking up consumer reports on Great Expectations-Atlanta because of my dissatisfaction with the company (a total rip-off or scam)!!  I can hardly believe how many of us there are!!  As I was reading everything, I was saying to myself, "Oh, my GOD!!"  Everything that is written on these reports/comments is exactly what happened to me!  I feel so stupid to have fallen for such a scam.  Please contact me when you all agree to meet in Atlanta.  I would definitely like to participate to put an end to this type of con!
