We were suppose to recieve a 1000w segscooter and $650 refund by June 30th, it now July 27. There has been noThe reason I was receiving a refund is because I was billed for a 1000w segscooter, but what I (on 5/11) received was a USED 700w segscooter, I was over charged. I paid over $4000 for 2 1000w segscooters, but received 1 segscooter that is worth less than $1000.  Terry, one of your sales reps said that I am to receive a 1000w segscooter and a refund by JULY!,w letter or phone call explaining why!!??
