When first ordering the product they do not mention that you are signing up for monthly reorders.  This appears when you are notified that the product was shipped and in such a way you do not notice it.

I wrote to them and called them and was told the product was not returnable(even unopened).  After putting up a fuss they finally said they would give me back 50%, which still amounted $87.  

So be aware of how they do business.
