This is a follow-up to your previous request #34323 "Offline Message from Alyce ..."

I did measure and ordered the proper size. The product does not perform as advertised. The inserts don't stay where they are placed. The compression doesn't compress. Overall, they are a big disappointment. Please issue a return label and a refund. Thank you.

If you are located in New York, why are you having me send the merchandise to Spain where it will cost $66.40 to ship it. That doesn't make any sense. I will return the merchandise to your New York office as soon as you respond to my email. Thank you. Alyce Ransom

The items were shipped from China and postage was listed as $4.99.

I was told I could return them, but to Barcelona, Spain. They must include original packaging and shipping envelope. When I went to the post office to mail them, I was told the postage to Spain was $66.40! 

I wrote back asking why I couldn't return the package to New York and was told it had to go to Spain. From China to Spain? With an office in New York?

I'm now stuck with inferior merchandise and up the creek with no paddle. Sounds like fraud to my non-attorney trained mind. 

I hope someone can do something for those of us who were ripped off by Greatlilworld.
