f I could give this place minus 5 stars I would. The idiot waiter told me AFTER we were finished with our salad, that they were out of the grilled chicken entree and all side dishes. It was a total bait-and-switch dining experience. Chris, the a****** manager and a relative of George who is the owner, insulted me by saying “you haven’t eaten here in over a year so why are you complaining?”. In my opinion, Chris is a tool and a low-class jerk, with no people skills whatsoever. Anyone who wants to be treated like s*** when they dine out should definitely visit this lousy joint.

The individual with whom I had the problem is Christos Kantzavelos - he goes by "Chris". He is the General Manager of Greek Islands Taverna and the son of one of the owners, Sam Kantzavelos. Chris is a spoiled little brat who thinks that because his daddy Sam is one of the owners and made him the General Manager, he can mistreat and abuse his customers. What a rotten individual he is. Pure scum of the earth. I would strongly recommend that diners avoid dining at The Greek Islands Taverna and also beware of Christos "Chris" Kantzavelos, the spoiled little punk who has a big mouth and doesn't know when to keep it shut.
