I contacted Green Exterior Remodeling for an estimate to build a screened in porch. Their sales representative came out and provided a quote. I started emailing and calling him with updates and questions regarding the quote. After that was unsuccessful I was told the owner wanted to meet with me.
Shaun Green came out and we discussed a totally different solution and I agreed (verbally only). He asked for a $200 check to fill out the necessary forms to submit to the HOA for approval. After 2 weeks, his salesperson sent the form to me saying I had to submit it and the picture was not what the owner and I had discussed
I let Mr. Green know and subsequentially requested my $200 back. I tried numerous times and he refuses to refund my $200. I never signed a contract.
