I requested lawn moving service for the time I am having vacation. (4 weeks away). Everything was OK and I wanted to begin service while I was still here to see how it goes. I did not tell Thomas I will be here at first week. The first week came, but no one came to take care of my lawn. I send a mail at Thursday asking someone to come, no reply. I sent an other mail at Friday, but no reply. Then I moved the lawn by myself, not a big deal when You are in country. Next I get an other company to take care of my lawn and then it was time to let Thomas Holman know what do I think such a a** holes. Think about it, I am having vacation for one month, paying someone to take care of my lawn, and they do not even show up... I am so lucky that I took service one week before I go... Must have been an surprise for this d**k head. Try to spread the word about this guy and His bull s**t company as much as possible, otherwise this will never end.

they "moved" your lawn to the wrong place or that they didn't "move" your lawn at all?



I guess it all worked out, since you "moved" your lawn yourself.  :)

This man failed to mention that he sent me a profanity laced email on the day of service "before" we were scheduled to show up to service his lawn calling me and my company all sorts of names... BEFORE we were even scheduled to be there to mow.  There was no missed week of service.  We were scheduled for the first cut the day he sent me the profanity laced email he sent.  I guess he was too impatient to wait until his name came up on our schedule.  He was properly notified more than once about when we would be arriving at his property to mow his lawn and before we were even able to get there (on time, at the time we notified him of, with no complaints from him as to the time) he sends me a vulgar email accusing me of all sorts of things.  I don't know if he was drunk or if he just doesn't have complete mastery of the english language but he was notified exactly when to expect us and he decided to accuse me or running a terrible business because we hadn't cut his lawn yet when he was notified way ahead of time when we would be there.  This is certainly not the way my company does business.  This man is also not the caliber of client I want on my client list either.  He lies, he's belligerent and he's obviously confused by plain and simple english.  Once I received the profane email he sent I of course took him off our schedule immediately as there was no way I would continue to try and do business with someone who talks to me or my crew in the manner he did.  Bottom line, he knew exactly when we were scheduled to show up and he decided he couldn't wait until then and sent me a horrible email before we were even scheduled to mow.  Terrible person.  As you can see by his profanity in his complaint, this is a grade A winner of a person.
