Green Tree Servicing Aka Conseco this company lies, cheats and steals from you St Paul Minnesota

I bought a double wide in 2001 - We started off with Conseco but then got bought out by Green Tree - thats when everything made a turn for the worst. In 2005 my grandmother passed away soo we had to go to New Hampshire to attend the funeral services. I had called to let them know that I would be late with the payment by 2 weeks - WELL thats when things went nuts. My loan amount on my paper work was for $80,000.00 when I finally reached someone for a pay off balance they told me that my payoff was $92,000.00 - I went crazy - This lady told me that the reason was " they charged me $30.00 A DAY in late interest " well I looked at my paperwork and expressed firmly to here that it states that it should be 2% of the interest of the unpaid balance which would equal to about $30.00 but NOT A DAY... They wouldnt remove it because when my husband signed the paper work it was with Conseco and now Green Tree had taken over. Same d**n company just a different name NOT STUPID OVER HERE. So my account rep for years was making the company money for every time i was a week or soo late by telling me its ok hunny - everything is fine ...

2008 now we are 2 months behind. I finally have $1,200.00 of the money that I owed them, I spoke the the rep ( RUDE) she said we need $ 1400.00 by 5pm - i told her all i had was the 1200.00 - she got quite - then told me this wouldnt work she need the full 1400.00 or they will proceed to the forclosure status. I said for the lack of 200.00 - she said " EVEN IF YOU SEND IT WE STILL CAN FORCLOSE" by this point i have had enough with these people told her GO AHEAD i give up - cant please you so screw you....

But It is June of 08 there is a for sale sign on my house and guess what we still have not heard from there lawyers nor have we recieved any paper work telling us to remove ourselves from the property.... MMMMMMM
little funny there. HUH

Im willing to stand up to these people - they slowly screw you into the ground. i didnt want to lose my house by no means but ya know you can only stand hearing " WE CANT HELP PEOPLE LIKE YOU " for soooooo long ...

Any thoughts of what I should do ??? considering I got no paper work of the forclosure ...
