The report posted on this site is patently false. I understand that your site is trying to be a consumer advocate, but the claims made here are both outrageous and inaccurate.

If we have done what is claimed here, why not post the company's name? Why not complain to the Better Business Bureau? And more importantly, why not file a claim against our company? The comments made about our firm not being affiliated with our Equity partner in Santa Monica is also not accurate. We share and have the same name, website, board of directors, etc...

I believe this to be the work of a malicious ex-employee. The listing of the names of personnel within our firm is not only vicious, but also a dead give-away that this person used to work here, but obviously was not paying attention to roles and what people did.

I kindly request that you address our concerns here and remove this false posting. The comments made are both baseless and reckless. We respect what The Ripoff Report is doing as an advocate of consumers, but i would hope that the same courtesy and respect is extended to business owners and that we are offered a modicum of protection from either ex-employees slandering us as well as unhappy clients (and yes, we all have unhappy clients, but we do not practice the fraud portrayed on your site or anything even close).

I challenge the culprit who has made sham post to reveal either their name or their company info so that we may have the opportunity to protect ourselves in both the court of public opinion and a court of law.
