Greendot. Com visa Vip green dot visa card I am a Vip greendot Visa card holder more than a year Internet

this month I was the winner at the police auction of a 2950.00 ring for one tenth of its price and felt great . I usually recieve 

money from my children by way of the rgreen dot Visa card . It always cost  me up to twenty dollars a month to use there card 

nevertheless my needs outway the need to run around or find another way. 

this time I made the biggest mistake I trusted greendot as the card to use to pay for the item ,reloaded the card that cost me an extra 

ten dollars plus transportation to a reloading location .then when I attempted to use it there was no money available and 

I called the merchant that said declined then I called greendot who told me they had taken out some funds for next month

and that It would be fixed right awAy. 

i tried six times again all times the samec answer fr the merchant  declined .this time when I called green dot they 

said that my money wouldn't be available until the twenty eighth because they needed to hold the money for the police auction merchant 

I called the auction and they said that the card was decline and the I had two days to pay then out of courtesy  they fax them a release of funds 

form .green dot claimed they only release funds if they request the form so they were gonna hd the money till 28th anyway

them they will take out the monthly abd other fees
