went to store bought 20.00 on greendot card, only got to order not even 15.00 of the card went to thier site my account 

they took out almost 8.00 for a monthly fee, went to use card could NOT. only have 1.82 left on card after they took 7.95.

they took out this so called monthly fee without letting know now lost almost 8.00 paid for it full 20.00 cash
