I made an online order from their website for a spray. I paid with my credit card but they didn't send me anything. I sent them e-mails asking about my order. No answer. I used their contact form in the their site to ask them. No answer again....
A class rip-off business... I lost 54 euros...What a scam...

Greenfields Hydroponics Ltd - Response to inaccurate claims
Please note in this circumstance the goods ordered were supplied on two occasions;
The first consignment which was processed and sent to the customer within our given period of supply as written in our terms and conditions of sale' on the 25/01/05 did not arrive at the destination. On the 14/02/05 we received notice from our carriers that the item had been incorrectly label and was to be returned to our shop.
A new consignment was sent on Tuesday 15/02/05 which arrived on the 18/02/05:- received and sign for by the customer.
Please note it seems that we have not received previous emails from the customer as suggested, I would like to strengthen our apology a second time if emails were actually sent and our technical team are presently looking into it to find the probably cause,

Well as of today 17-2-2005 they sent me an e-mail saying that there was a mistake in the delivery and that they sent me again the item i have ordered.
I will report again when everything will be ok.
