Greenwood recovery inc ripoff, sneaky tow truck driver, damaged car Elkridge Maryland

These people are very sneaky.They came early in the morning to repo my car on june 15,2013.My front door was open and I never even heard him.My neighbor came over and told me my car was being towed.I ran outside and asked him  what he was doing.He said that he had been looking for my car for awhile.I said its been sitting right here and I dont know anything about a repo.I was not notified about this.He started to hook up my car from the front and thats when I went crazy.My car is a low profile car.300srt8.Any tow person should know that you cant tow this kind of car from the front.I started to scream at him that the car was not going any where and I jumped in the car.I told him get a flatbed truck or its not going anywhere. He called the police and they showed up.Explained what was going on and they sided with me.He said he had to pull it off the property.They let him.The police left and that tow truck driver took off with my car.And yes this happened on a friday and I couldnt get my money till monday.When I called them on the phone the lady was real nice.On monday  my son drove me to pick it up.He was just dropping me off and leaving cause he had to work.I thought I would only be a few minutes. I was there 3hrs.Finally  when it was my turn they let me in out of the 95 degree temp. I went inside and paid for my car and got my paper work. I turned around to walk out and looked at My car. The front end was hanging off. I went outside to inspect my car and found that a piece to the bottom of the car(skid plate)was missing. I started taking pictures of my cart and a guy came out and asked me what was wrong. I told him my car had no damage when the guy picked it up. What the hell happen to it. He said come back inside and get a damage report. Just fill it out and take it to a shop to see how much damagewas done. I did everything I was suppose to do, faxed it back to them and to this day I haven't heard a word from them. I call once a week and document everything. Well now my insurance company is paying for it cause I can't drive it like this.Something has to be done to this company. They get away with everything.
