Greenwood Recovery (Towing) Recovery of vehicle without being able to Release vehicle within 24 hrs Baltimore, Maryland

My vehicle was repossessed Friday morning at about 3:30am. I was able to solve the payment issue by 10am with the Bank. I called Greenwood recovery by 11:30 am and was told by a woman there that she could not "release my vehicle" until the following Monday since they had over 30+ people coming that day to recover their vehicles. I find it suspicious that a company would come get a vehicle knowing they would not be able to release the vehicle for 4 days. I also find it ridiculous that the bank would choose a company that is over 35 miles away from my home. So it will take an hour to get to the lot in Elkridge, MD (Baltimore county) when I live in Montgomery County, and an hour to drive the vehicle back to my place of residence. I am a bit concerned that my vehicle is in their possession for 4 days.
