After talking to numerous people in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry this Greg Diaz of Home and Land magazine is pretty good at pulling these scams and ultimately pulling people into frivolous law suits. In short he knows the system and is playing it well to his benefit..That is extortion.

To start with I never authorized an ad (see attached bazillion emails) or had a contract to run it either written, verbal or otherwise. And even though they ran it anyway without my permission and even though they had browbeaten me to death, insulted me, labeled me and threatened to disparage my reputation in the market place and even though I feel they railroaded me into the ad in the first place I paid them 50% of what the ad would cost as a gesture of good will.

Now I see the extortion continues.

Mr. Dias still wants to pursue me for additional monies or in other words he wants to still wants to get paid for the whole thing an accepts no responsibility for his or companys actions. He wants interest that I would be curious as to where it is published or how I agreed to it. Wants monies for a Debtors exam is what ever that is.And on top of it all how he even came up with $18 in mailings as he sent me 1 letter should also be further explained.

As you can see the extortion continues.

I look forward to having our day in court.

All in my humble opinion of course

I've been in business here in the valley for 20 years and i can probably count on one hand and have fingers left over of the clients that i've had any problems with. I think it's interesting that this aj person files a complaint here and won't leave his name. He was a loan officer that was trying to make it here a couple of years ago and his name is aj bellasai. he says he was looking forward to his day in court but he doesn't tell you that the judge saw the truth, sided with us and made him pay us for his ad. In most companies, they would call someone like you aj, a disgruntled employee. We hope your future will be better than your past!! greg dias, owner Homes & Land Magazines for Scottsdale, Phoenix and the entire West Valley 480-451-1220
