Greg Misamore/Misamore Mechanical Unreliable. No Show on appointments, no phone call for explanation. Murrieta California

I made appointments with Greg Misamore on three occasions to come to my home to assess or complete HVAC work. He did not show up and did not call to give explanation. After I had to track him down through his supervisor he sent other workers to complete the late job then charged me a higher charge then quoted. He is unreliable and untrustworthy.

I find it unfortunate that I was unable to give Mr. Sepulveda service for free. Here are some facts he forgot to mention:
1. I went on that service call when his system failed at the end of June 2006 and informed him that his control board failed. He choose to not have it replaced so I wired his A/C so it would give him cooling until he was ready to replace the control board. Again, this is the end of June 2006; he was not charged anything for that call...my mistake.
2. I heard nothing from this customer until Mid November 2006. Yes, he did try to contact me but as he was told I was out on bereavement. With the death in my family I had to send my friend to help. I wish he would have called someone else as we had no agreements or prices quoted on this repair after 4 months.
3. Please understand Misamore Mechanical is always concerned when a client is too hot or cold.
Even when my friend was in the process of repairing his furnace Mr. Sepulveda was happy.
4. When Mr. Sepulveda was billed he didn't want to pay and when I called him I was told, "I don't give a d**n about your bereavement, and I'll pay you when I'm d**n good and ready!" It was at this point that communiction with Mr. Sepulveda came to an end. He thinks getting a $440.00 repair for $290.00 is a rip off!?
Lets break it down.
We spent 2 hours on his job thats $170.00 for Labor and only $120.00 for the control board. Thats a total of $290.00
Again, sorry I couldn't give him more material and time for free.
I had no choice but to place him in collections which cost me, not him. I made nothing on his little job. Well, there's the true story, I wish I had seen this Web site a year ago.
One more thing; when it comes to Misamore Mechanical I am the owner.
