Credit card statement shows a charge of #39.90 with a description of "PAYPAL *SAFECART 402-935-7733 CA"
logged into PAYPAL and also logged into SAFECART, neither shows any transaction or purchase in my name.
Looks like someone stumbled into my credit card number, and using it for a RIP-OFF!
Found the Rip-Off site and attempted to use info from previous reports to contact someone named
KATHLEEN at a listed site, the site address shown does not exist!
