greinke services representative said my chimney filter was 80 to 90% clogged due to ceramic breakdown providence Rhode Island

I was contacted by phone for a chimney cleaning at a half price special. Representative came and checked my chimney from the furnace. He reported that they were unable to clean said chimney for it was 80 to 90% clogged due to breakdown of ceramic liner. He said this situation was very dangerous.  Offered to repair liner with steel for$1600 with a 10% discount if done that day.

I contacted Casey Chimney. Casey checked said chimney and found it to be in good condition  needing no repair.
