 I left this company after 19 years due to their outrageous rates. They called to see if they could get my business back and I informed that I had found another agency with much more competitive rates and was not interested. That should have been the end of it but they continued to bill me via automatic withdrawal. When I called to complain, they lied, said they were never notified of cancellation and refused to refund my money. I have referred numerous people to this company over the years and deeply regret it. They are the most unethical organization I have ever dealt with Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
