Group Vertical Group vertical refuses full refund on cheap iphone, ipad, parts. Grand Rapids Michigan

I know I had problems with lots of your products due to their bad quality and all around poor appearance, but their is no reason to misappropriate a bad write up to me.  

I should have done more research about your company.  That was my mistake.  Take care.

I am sorry you are upset with our return policy. Our return policy is clearly stated on our website and on ebay for your reference. http://www.groupvertical.com/return-policy We do offer a generous 1 year return policy if you were dissatisfied with our products. We are not perfect, nor are all the parts we sell, however we stand by our products and we do have an excellent customer service team to help you with returns if you have a problem. 

When you called our customer service department and stated that you were unhappy, we offered you a refund in full and you were still not happy with our return policy, speaking profanities at the customer service team. We offered you several solutions and we wanted to work with you, but again you were not reasonable and you swore at our customer service representitives, then hanging up.
