gryphon recovery they repossed my 2002 burgandy altima on 8/23/2011 from 13150 memeorial hwy #108.. I did not receive my tag back and they ran up approximately 1200.00 in toll violations.. hialeah, Florida

my name is valerie ****, i live @ **** in miami. My 2002 altima was repoed by gryphon recovery on 8/23/2011. They kept my tag and ran up approximatley $1200.00 in toll violations. I have been in court(traffic) for 3 months trying to convince a judge that i was not in possession of this vehicle.
I have exhausted all of my options..The company located @8160 nw 36st has since either closed or they are in hiding.. The finance company Miami Quality Car is also in cohoots with these vile people.I am taking 3 buses to work because i can't get the suspension off my license.. vee

well, two years later we are still waiting for the proof that the toll violations where post recovery and not prior to recovery. we requested this evidence from you a long time ago, and you never provided us with the proof. let me know when you are ready to provide this evidence to us.
