Fed Biz access is the worst company I have ever contracted with, their product knowlege is terrible and their representitives are liars, so is the owner Jim Zach, they scammed my small woman owned business out of 500.00 for a SAM registration and we have never heard back from them, Shame on you Mr. Zach, you should be shut down now,
