GSA Recovery/Personal Cash Called me and stated that I had a civil suite against me for $1325.87 plus attorney fees. They said I can settle for $695 (make in two payments) or $800. ( Make in 3 payments). He stated that I owed this money from 2008. I do not recognized this company. I reported company to FTC today. texas

Spoke w/ a Robert Jackson said I had a civil suit against me for $1325.87 Case Number 13Z62324. I do not recognized the name and all they can tell me was it was for GSA Recovery/Personal Cash advanced, and they are suing for the bank. They did not give bank name. He stated that the Bank went Bankrupt and now thay are trying to recover funds
