gscm fulliment charged my account with out my knowledge burbank California

I ordered a sample of there facial cream. at the tim I talked to a representative and told them not to charge anything to my card unless I authorized it. they sent me the sample and immediatlly charged my account with the full price.I called them and told them I only recieved the sample and not the full size.they said i had ordered the full size i asked to speak to a manager and they said there was not one available.They then charged my account with another order that I never recieved.when I called and asked to speak to a manager again they said one was not available again. I told them to close my account or I would hire a lawyer and take them to court.dont buy from this company
