Do NOT buy anything from this company! They will screw you over big time just like they did me! Their so-called customer service is horrendous and just god awful!! they don't give you what you pay for or what they promise full benefits, so-called VIP ticket packages which are very costly and range anywhere from $150-400 fans have been complaining that they have gotten bad seats and the big wigs get first choice seating; come on now! this is no way for a highly respected well known group such as The Moody Blues to treat their loyal fans! It only brings them down and tarnishes their long-standing reputation!! they have no respect or regard for the customer; they are very highly disorganized and only update their website when they feel like it! All they want is your money! and promise things and never deliver and the contests are bogus and fake and not worth entering or joining the site these are the same crooks that own the Duran Duran fan site! The whole venture is very disappointing to Moody Blues fans everywhere and this is a HUGE let down and big mistake on their management. My membership on Moody Blues today.com was terminated for no apparent reason in May of 2006 other than the owner Jim Hoffman seems to have a grudge or personal vendetta against me for what I don't know. They keep spamming me with emails and just today they asked me to renew my membership and will take anyone's credit card number just to rip you off and make a profit! SOMEONE PLEASE SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN AND START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT CROOKS! STILL SO MANY COMPLAINTS AND THEY STILL EXIST!!! The feds should step in and put them out of business immediately!!! It's beyond a joke now!!! they need to be stopped immediately before they do even worse damage!!! They are even harboring a criminal!!! I am very disappointed with Moody Blues management that they even hired these criminals and did not thoroughly check their background before signing the contract! This is fraudulant action on their part! Their contract should be terminated immediately!!!

Anne I posted the contact information on my original report didn't you see it? try that. And is Jim Friskel a false name and his real name is Jim Hoffman? because I've dealt only with Jim Hoffman and he is a real a*****e! I could only hope this company will go out of business real soon because they are fraud!! they make promises and don't deliver and don't promote my favorite band The Moody Blues properly. I'm trying to save the band and get the Moody Blues out of their contract with them and into a much better company. GSG is a knock off of the original company called Ultrastar. See my other reports. If the Moody Blues management finds out (And they will!) that they are harboring a criminal chances are they will terminate the contract with GSG and Jim Hoffman/Friskel will go to jail and GSG will be no more and go out of business! I hope you can prove this and put them out of business! There's been so many complaints against this company I even filed one with the FTC. They never followed through with it but I'm sure they will once they find out that they are fraudulant!

I believe my deadbeat dad ex-husband works for GSG Entertainment, under the table of course. He owes me over $16,000 in child support. Do you have any idea where this company is located?? I want to get the State of New York Child Support Enforcement after him AGAIN like they did in 1997. Thank you.
