i call them to add money on my accout but they said my debit card didn't match my address but it is the same one i have been using al the time then i told her to put 25.00 on my account but she took out 50.00 and the she told me that my address and card did not match but they took the 50.00 out out i don't know if there is any thing u can do but i think they are rip offs that is the only way i have to talk to my boy friend and i think it sucks because they do people like that thank you
