My son is in Ventress Correctional Facility in Alabama and we cannot accept collect calls and must use Global Tel*Link. It is very difficult to put money on the account and the company makes a huge profit from parents' distress.

I have tried for three hours today to put money on the account and accept a call from my son to no avail. I called the toll free number and was disconnected twice. The customer service number listed on the web site as being open on Saturday and Sunday is no longer available on weekends.

I would be happy to take part in a law suit and put these crooks behind bars!
