Guadelupe Tomicic Lupel century 21 allstars untrustworthy realtor rancho palos verdes California

Lupe Tomicic is a realtor for Century 21 Allstars. I am not sure how she still has her license it should have been taken from her years ago. I had worked with her on a deal but not by choice. By the time I realized how unethical she was I walked away. She has stolen property out from under the elderly, she lies to the hispanic who cant speak english into taking their home. She has a rental triplex in san pedro that is full of rats, cockroaches, holes in the roofs etc. who the tenants have small children live there. It has been like this for 6 years. The REAP program took over when a tenant asked the city for clean running water. She has another house on yacht harbor in rancho palos verdes that is in foreclosure and she plans on buying back from the bank and a much lower cost, she knows how to work the system, then another rathole in maywood. She is doing this right now with a property on via colinita. btw she has a dba that she uses called los angeles affordable housing and building blocks. She will lie to your face about everything.  I am surprised to see her at century 21. She is such a terrible person that she actually stolen 2 dogs off the street. One of the dogs bit two young girls. She was sued and the courts demanded her to put the dog to sleep but instead of doing the right thing she made her maid take the dog for a few weeks, dyed its hair and lied to the authorities. She took another dog from a lady that she was selling hwr house said it was lost! When it died she buried it in the backyard on via colinita! She has borrowed so much money from people 100k I know of and will never pay them back. She is affiliated with a person named Angelica who is a realtor and just like her. Be very careful!
