Do not do business with these thieves.  They are a fake website pretending to rent property in Guam.

They are nothing more than thieves though.  Joseph D Triplett is the creator of the website, but he has NOTHING to do with real estate.  He's not a realtor, or anything.  He's just some guy that created a website, and is trying to collect people's emails so he can spam them with lame real estate ads.

I'm pretty sure this is a violation of the Realtor.org rules so I also am reporting this website to them.  I hope they get shut down.

They are nothing but a fake website.  Presh Suarez isn't even a real person.  Neither is Tara Marcelo.  Shawntel L. Techaira (hello obvious fake name) isn't a real person, and I couldn't find her listed on any Guam agency sites to show that she is a real realtor.   Go ahead, and research yourself; All these people are fake.

So all these people are fake, and Joseph D Triplett is the only person running this fake site.

If you want Rentals on Guam, do NOT go to these guys.  I suggest a more legitimate business: GuamRentals.com.

These guys (GuamRentals.com) are real.  But GuamRenter.com is obviously a rip-off of their site, and they are fake.

The report is true

AUTHOR: Lisa - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, March 18, 2012

Joe or Joseph D. Triplett is a scammer. He creates fake websites to make money off ads. He embeds tools used from Google.com to update websites. I have worked with him in the past and know he is capable of this. He has photoshopped people to make them look different pretends they are real people. He also uses fake numbers with his many Skype accounts. Posing as if he has businesses in other location worldwide.

Joseph D. Triplett has not been living on Guam since 2008. And he has been creating websites and managing them from Las Vegas.

I would also suggest to using www.guamrentals.com or searching for an agency website. Do not use this fake website. These are also fake agents. He modified and photoshopped these people and is using fake names. The girl Tara is his girlfriend and her real last name is Atentio, she does not work in realestate.

This man needs to be stopped. Guam's biggest scammer who's not even on Guam.

WE ARE A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS (THIS REPORT ABOVE IS FULL OF LIES)

AUTHOR: joe_triplett - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, May 01, 2011

This obviously false report is full of lies & fabrications.  It has obviously been posted by our local competition.

I am Joseph, the individual named in this outrageous report, and I find many of the claims to be downright absurd.

My partner and I (Shawntel) are indeed legitimate businesspersons.  I run an LLC, and she is a legitimate Real Estate Agent for a local firm.

If you want to validate this you can call or email either of us, and we will gladly confirm our existence.

You can also check with Realtor.org, or GuamRealtors.org to verify that she is a real agent.

What is more absurd is that I contacted RipoffReport.com, and they are asking for $2000 to "arbitrate" this.  (does that sound like extortion?).

And what's to stop the person from doing it again after I get this one taken down?  Do I need $2000 every time someone wants to write a lie about me and my business?

Take this as a warning people, anyone can ruin your reputation just by posting a fake report on this site.

If you want to validate my existence, visit our website GuamRenter.com, and contact either one of us.  We will be happy to give you a call and verify that we are real.

*** RIP-OFF REPORT REBUTTAL TO THE ABOVE COMMENTS:

The comments below are From Ripoff Reports EDITOR and Founder, Ed Magedson.

If the author of the above rebuttal read this link that is located in several locations on every page of Rip-off Report, they would clearly see that this program does NOT include the removal of the report. It does include the (((REDACTION))) of any statements of fact that the arbitrator finds are not true according to the evidence presented by both the reported person or business can produce and whatever proof the author of the original report can produce. Then the arbitrator renders a decision.

The Arbitration program is arbitrated by real professional arbitrators, some are retired judges.

For more than ten years, Ripoff Report has always had a strict uniform policy we do not remove reports. Unlike other sites that may remove reports for money, we feel that keeping a permanent record of reports is the best way to help educate consumers by exposing patterns of bad business practices. Of course, our non-removal policy sometimes draws criticism from people who claim to be victims of false or exaggerated reports. These folks usually believe that Ripoff Reports staff should somehow take the time to fact-check the 700,000+ reports on our site. Of course, that would be impossible we dont create reports (our users do), so were not in a position to take sides or determine what is accurate and what is not. This is why we have always allowed users to post a 100% free rebuttal which explains their side of the story. If someone contacts us and claims they have proof that a report is false, we always tell them the same thing if you have strong proof that something in a report is false, just post a free rebuttal which outlines that proof and this should resolve the dispute.

However, some people have told us that posting free a rebuttal isnt enough they wanted another option.

In response to this demand, Ripoff Report recently launched a new program called VIP Arbitration. In short, this program allows parties to dispute the accuracy of any facts in a report by using a private, expedited arbitration proceeding conducted by a neutral third party arbitrator (one of the arbitrators we have contracted with is a highly respected retired judge). If the arbitrator looks at the evidence submitted by the parties and concludes that a report contains a false factual statement, that statement will be removed/redacted from the report. Of course, in keeping with our policy the report itself will NOT be removed.

Is the arbitration process free? No, unfortunately the program is not free -- it costs $2,000 which covers the arbitrators time and fees, plus our program administration expenses. But keep this in mind -- lawyers fees, court fees, and lawsuits are MUCH more expensive. In fact, a lawsuit can frequently cost the parties more than $100,000 each and cases can take years to resolve. Ripoff Reports arbitration program gives people a much faster (the process usually takes 60 days or less), cheaper, and easier way to resolve disputes over the accuracy of reports and, of course, our users can still post as many free rebuttals as they want!
