GUARDMANS SERVICE GUARDMANS SERVICES AND BOB FURNITURE STORE ARE RIP-OFF GRAND RAPIDS, Michigan

They will find all type of excuses why they can not cover you under the warranty.   They refused to repair a leather love seat that I put in a service request for.  They claim that its a manufacturing issue and to call BOB Discount Furniture to fix or replace it and Bob refused to replace the furniture and says Guardsman should be the one who repairs the seat not them.  So they had me going back and forth until Guardsman says no they can not fix it.  I paid $299.99 for this warranty when I purchase the furniture.   Stay away from Bob Discount Store or any Store that offers Guardsman Warranty they will take your money decline every request that you put in.
