Guardsman Insurance Jennifer Convertibles Leather Sofa Set Insurance Rip Off Torrance, California

We paid $200 Insurance Policy extra for a $1,200 Sofa Set. After 2 years, we tried to to contact them for repair because the Leather is cracking. ( only 2 years ). My wife called them by phone, they told us to mail the receipt. After a week, they contacted us by phone that the repairs are not covered. I mean whats wrong with this people? $200 supposed to be a Lifetime Policy. It says on the receipt. Please help us. Ive read so many complaints too about Guardsman and Jennifer Convertibles. These kind of companies should be closed down by the government.
