My name is Philip Goldstone. I am the owner of Guest Well, Inc. in Sarasota. I am not sure who filed this negative report about me and my company. There are no details in this filing that refers to any one incident. Jim G. Who is that? He is supposed to be the author of the attack report. He provides no details, only allegations.

We had a disagreement over "free work" demanded by a Church in Sarasota. That was three years ago and I do not know if this is the same incident. I am sure the church in question and their people are too good to bring up a three year old disagreement as if it just happened this year.

Guest Well, Inc is the number one pump and water well drilling company in Sarasota, Florida. We are number one because we personally take calls for service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have left our families and come to peoples homes in emergency situations on Christmas day, Easter and the Fourth of July. We start our work day at 6 am and sometimes do not finish until 9pm. Unlike our competitors, we do not work 9 am to 4:30pm, drop our tools at 4:30 pm and leave the job site. We stay until the job is done!

We charge less than most for the water wells we install because we work faster, smarter and give a better finished product than our competitors. Time is money and we pass the savings on to our customers.

The consumer complaint report is an attack perpetrated by, or in cooperation with, one or more of our competitors who cannot perform to our standards and therefore lose work to us. It is a sad day in Sarasota when people have to attack us with lies and unsubstantiated allegations instead providing their customers with excellent service, fair prices and the very best workmanship available anywhere in the United States of America as Guest Well does.
