Last year I purchased a DVD from Guitar Control. Unknown to me they signed me up for Guitar God Membership for 19.95 per month. The first month was free, after that they just start charging. They claim the sent me an email immediately after the purchase but if they did I did not see it and now assume it came as an order confirmation which I like most don't read. That was the extent of their notification. I see this as a deceptive practice. I contacted their customer service who stopped further payments but refused to give me a refund.

Searching on line I found the same has happened to others. I would like to set up a class action suit but don't know how.
