Gully continues to defraud people on limestone paving quoted since he took $3000 from a couple in Kallaroo WA. Despite reports to Consumer Affairs and court action, nothing stops this rogue in grabbing the funds upfront and disappearing. Consumer Protection Commisioner warning also appears on a Google of this rogue Rodney John Howard Gulley.
