I PURCHASED A GUNCLIP FOR A PPK WALTHER. I FOUND OUT THAT IS WAS ACTUALLY A PPK/S. I CALLED GUNMAG AND ASKED IF I COULD RETURN IS AND WAS AUTHORIZE TO RETURN IT. I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND. WHEN I CALLED GUNMAG AND ASKED FOR A REFUND I WAS TOLD THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN, BUT HE WOULD LOOK IN A BOX THAT IT MAY BE IN. IT WASN'T THERE. HE DID NOT OFFER TO CHECK HIS INVENTORY TO SEE IF HE HAD A CLIP THAT WAS EXCESS INVENTORY OR OFFER ANY OTHER IDEAS, HE JUST HUNG UP. WHO DO YOU THINK LOST THE RETURN, THE USPS OR GUNMAG?

I recently purchased a magazine from this vendor. After placing the order, I read the negative comments listed here and became worried. The magazine arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as advertised. I will purchase from this vendor again.

we have received no return merchandise from this customer so the customer files a complaint because we would not issue a refund. we do not need to check our inventory to know what has or has not come back to us. we have asked the customer to provide a tracking number or signature confirmation and he will not respond. we think we have been very fair with this customer.

We have read this report and are unable to make a determination as we do not know who the customer is.
If we informed this person that we did not receive a returned magazine it means just that. The customer needs to provide delivery confirmation so that this can be resolved.
We will gladly issue a refund to this person once we have determined that the item was purchased from us (we get calls from time to time from people calling about products ordered from other companies) and we have received the item he claims to have returned.
