I ordered a custom made weight lifting belt from gunsmith fitness on the 19th October 2018. Having been promised for the product to be made in 6 weeks and then delivered straight away, I only got word that it arrived in SA on February 01 2019.
DHL then responded to say that the item would not be released from customs because Gunsmith Fitness failed to disclose the correct WEIGHT on the package. Once I was made aware I contacted Gunsmith to resolve the issue with DHL as I was not willing to pay the total amount of the Belt again.
Unfortunately Gunsmith did not resolve the issue, have failed to respond to any of my emails and subsequently blocked me on Instagram?

Customer seems unaware that international shipments sometimes incur customs charges. The belt was sent but it seems we were expected to cover the charges?
