So, I bought a 2013 Volvo from this Gunther DelRay dealership in Dec 2016. For over 2 years I have tried to get the extended warranty I purchased, which at the time of purchase I was told would be mailed to me. I finally got a gentleman by the name of Ron who called me back today to inform me that he is sorry if I misunderstood, I did not purchase an extended warranty, I got a CPO.

I said, No, my fiance was there as well, we were told it was a 100,000 mile extended warranty. When the Finance guy kept coming down on the cost of the warranty I asked how he could do that, and I was told that it was because we were paying cash and it did not have to be financed and so they could discount it.

LO and BEHOLD, I have no 100,000 mile extended
warranty and he is sorry if the Finance guy misled me. Too bad, sooo sad, basically sucks to be me!

I was very upfront with "RON" and told him my next call is to the State's Attorney and that I would blast it all over FB and anywhere else I could.  That over the past 2 years I have called several times, starting in Jan/Feb 2017 and was told that it would be mailed.  When I realized I still don't have a copy of my extended warranty I called again, and was told it could be emailed to me and that the lady I was talking to would get it done.

That didn't happen, I called again, I got ahold of someone named "Corinne" who said I could call her back today when I had my contract in hand,  as she did not see an Extended warranty on my file.  I called back to let her know I had two copies of my contract one for the price of the car, and a second he set-up after he got me to agree to the discounted Extended 100,000 mile warranty.

Now, they state he gave me a CPO which I did know what that was until I looked it up, and "Ron" tells me it was a 2 year/24000 mile warranty.  The car had 39,000 miles on it and factory warranty was 75,000.  DUH!

So. As happy as I am with my car I WOULD NEVER recommend them to anyone else to do business with.  To be told, I am sorry your Finance Guy (whom he knew) misled you and that is all I can say, All I can say is I will spread it far and wide.  They owe me my $1395 plus tax back on the extended warranty they sold me.
