This is to let you know that I have been accused without any reasonable/valid proof of using material on my websites that I dont have the right to use. (in his case an audio file). The accusation has no valid/ sbustantiated proof and the posters is a competitor, (possibly Leslie A. from Arizona who signs as Bob-a phone sex site operator in conjunction with Renee Lavoie, a former phone sex operator who has been banned from several phone sex boards and from a major phone sex company, please post me for the URLs) who has/have attacked me on other adult phone sex boards as well. I challenge this/these poster/s to produce evidence for her/his/their claims!

HI, This is my report and have no idea how to ask another question to the consumer who suggested to contact the ISP. I did that, via email (with no reply back to me) and was on hold as well with registerfly.com for over 1 hour and still no one picked up.

If that doesn't work what else can I do?? Any other suggestions??

Get a hold of whom ever is hosting her site and tell them that she is using your voice in violation with copyright laws and they will shut her down immediately.

They have to do this under the various electronic protections acts.
