 I worked for Mark Shields and Gladys Ching at gutterforce.com.

During my 4 month tenure I was constantly verbally herassed by Mark who also snaps and curses at his wife in front of his children. He constantly curses at you and when and if you say something he tells you to slide it across your back. He acts ignorant to vacation pay and stat holidays. He forces you to work past sunset without light on ladders and roofs without giving you proper ladder/fall protection safety He does not pay overtime and acts ignorant to that as well. Even after your 3 month probation he will fire you without notice forcing you to contact employment standards act as well as seek counsel. He has no respect for his workers or client. Do not choose this company. While his workers do an average job you are over paying this crooked cunniving man.

Dont work for them or hire them. This is coming from someone who has received numerous letters of compliment working for this company.



I am in no way slandering Mr. Shields or Ms. Ching as everything can and will be backed up with proof i.e emails texts etc.
