I sent my iPhone 6 to Guzu just after Christmas this year. They received my phone and confirmed that the payment was approved. After about 2 weeks I never received my payment via PayPal so I contacted them. I recevied a reply saying they were sorry and the payment would be sent shortly. Since then it has been almost another 2 weeks and I have heard nothing nor have I received my payment. Now after sending at least 3-4 more emails, they have gone completely silent. So now they have my phone AND have not paid me. This is rediculous that it takes this long to get paid. I think the company must be a scam.
