H Roger Neal Fast Flip Real Estate Course Ripped off big time, thought my investment was secure in their hands Midvale; Salt Lake City Utah

On October 2005 I ordered Roger Neal's real estate program. After two months of purchasing the program, I developed health problems and put on hold the coaching lessons on December 8 to take care of my health ( I could have asked them for the money back, but had the good intentions to continue it once I got better.) My situation was getting worse. I then realized that I could not do the things I had to do on my own. On July of 2006, I wrote a letter to the person running the program ( the person that got my $16,000--Graham Hess), but I got not response. When I called the number in Midvale I was informed that Mr. Hess was no longer with the company, but the company had the same name and a different person was in charge. I got the Mr. Neal's phone number in Columbus, Ohio and called him and told him my situation, he then told me that the company where I got the materials for the course went out of business and that Mr. Hess owned him some money and did not know his whereabouts. I told Mr. Neal that $16,000 was to much money for me to lose and that I was willing to deduct $1,000 for the cost of the material that I got and that I could send the material to reuse, but declined. He offered to refund me $5,000, but I never got anything. On May and July I wrote e-mails asking for the money he offered, but did not reply. A few days ago I wrote another e-mail, but it was returned. Today I called his office in Ohio (614-402-1403) to ask him about the money. He told me again that the company was out of business and that money is gone and all he could do is that I continue and do the program. I don't have the interest I had before. I am just hoping that something can be done.

I just want to caution other people before they decide to order any real estate programs or something relating to. He has a new program now called Clear Choice Consulting offering the same course--this is now at a different location.
