A group of five of us got together to buy his loan mod leads. We went to the bank promptly with out any hesitation. We deposited the funds as instructed and the following day was setup on a call rotation for the 5 of us. We struggled with the crap we recieved for 2 months . NONE of the leads paned out for any of us. We called his office several times daily. We finally got feed up and requested our money back which was a stuuggle. He stated he would have to review taped to determine which lead he felt we messed up on. What ever. He finally gave us a figure that he would return ...one problem ...we never got it. Thats the part that really pisses me off . Thats not his money. I want it and need it back. We do all need to band together but you need to leave phone #'s (((ROR REDACTED))). He needs to be stopped.

A group of 5 of us from from Pacific Credit Credit Solutions bought leads from him together. We pooled our funds and ran to the bank and foolishly deposited money in his account in hopes of getting some good loan mod leads. NONE of the leads panned out
and we tried dealing with his company for 2 months. We would call his office every day. We realized it was not working and wanted our money back. The sad part is he said he would do that. He would pro rate the leads and return a portion, I was happy with that. But as the story goes we saw nothing. We called 2 and 3 times a day .If we cant leave phone # how can we band together against him. he ows us 2500.00 I want it back. Who can help us?
