Thank goodness I googled these people as I was waiting for them to get back to me in regard to an purchase.  Not buying from them now.  Going to go through the middle man to get the hair that I want.  Its going to cost a lot more but I can't afford to be throwing money away.  Thanks for the review.  It saved Me a couple hundred dollars. 

In the meantime if you have any problems with merchants and not getting your money returned.  Contact the DGFT and stay on the officers until they force the merchant to return your funds.  They will do that.  It will take them months but you will get your money back.  Keep all reciepts and correspondence.  They will run you around but stay on them like a pit bull.

For those reading this,

I apologize that it took so long to update this.  I am only writing to answer the questions for those who have decided to send me an email inquring about the hair.  Please do not think that because I did not reupdate this post was because I received better hair, that was not the case.  I was so upset because these m**o's f-d up my vacation by sending me some hair that was some b.s. and I don't wear hair extensions on a regular, (just giving you a little background) so I was expecting some decent hair.

So that you don't have to email me (if you choose to email me I will respond) here is my honest update.  Be mindful that, I was too, a paying customer and value the money that I make and expect to receive exactly what I purchased in the manner discussed.

The new hair that was resent was supposed to be 7A grade (their best hair, according to them).  This hair was also some b.s. When I received the hair, shipping was fast, (mind you I had thrown the other hair in the trash) I washed and deep conditioned it.  Before I installed it I saw these little small clear things stuck to the hair cuticles... and there were a lot! In every single bundle (I received 3 because I purchased 3).  Come to find out these were nits.  I didn't know and only assumed they were because I've never dealt with nits before. But looked it up and yep, nits!

I individidually picked out all these nits with tweezers, it took hours...  Once the hair was installed, it was very very dry and didnt hold curls well, at all.  I think they may get their hair from cadavers (dead bodies) or something but I didn't like the hair.

Long story short, NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, regardless of how "nice" they may seem or if the purport that they have 7 'zillion' A hair.  That is a lie and that's bulls*. They are out to take your money along with every other small Indian hair company.

BTW. I found out that the country of India CAN ACCEPT PAYPAL, so if they lie to you and give you some story as to why they can't accept Paypal its because they know that they are going to intentionally sell you some b.s.  Don't believe me, look it up on the PayPal website.

I have an update;  Because of my grievance and complaints,  within two to three days I was sent some new hair without any additional charges.  This was suprising because I thought that I would be another victim who was wronged and got screwed over.  

I conversed back and forth for a few days and even Skyped the owner of Hair Exim (B. Gowtham) regarding my dissatisfaction which resulted in Mr. Gowtham being very adamant about giving me what I paid for.  From what I was told, one of the workers mixed my order and switched the authentic hair for synthetic hair.  

What I can say is that throughout this entire process the customer service at Hair Exim has far exceeded my expectations.  I can not give an update yet regarding the hair installation and how the hair upheld because I just literally opened the package, measured, and weighed the bundles to verify the accuracy.

I will give another update once the new hair is installed.
