I took my car for service and before I pasid for the charges I asked for the published fees and services. They told me first that they have only 2 rates then the service manager told me that the rate is 95 dollars however they give discount. None of my over 500 dollars repair was a service item. Then the service manager told me that the catalytic covnvertor was bad and should have been covered under warranty. Then I was told no it is not covered. They are just bunch of dishonest people and they should not be given any business.

Did you check with your warranty company and see what was really covered?
My husbands car recently was in the shop and at first they tried to say the repairs weren't covered, but he found out exactly what was and was not covered and discovered the repairs were. You need to always check on the warranty yourself and not just take their word it isnt covered.
