Kristen blackwell run a big puppy mill more than a hundred dogs she over charge for a dog only care about the money is rude with the costumers and dont really care about the dogs!

Complaint is Absolute Hogwash

Kristen Blackwell is AN EXEMPLARY BREEDER. She is honest, courteous, accommodating and truly cares for her puppies. Finding the right home for them is one of her top priorities and that speaks volumes. We were able to bring home our new family member a few weeks ago and she made sure every step of the way went smoothly. Our puppy is sweet, vibrant, playful, energetic, healthy, top quality and very smart.

We got a puppy from Kristen about 7 years ago and he is perfectly healthy, with a great tempermant. We adore him and I couldn't recommend a breeder more highly than Halo Chihuahuas. I was in total disbelief that anyone could have posted such utter non-sense about Kristian and her Chihuahuas.

This complaint is completely false. I have purchased 3 chihuahuas from Kristen and have been extremely pleased with not only the dogs but also with how honest Kristen is and how she conducts her business.
The woman who filed this complaint is a breeder from Puerto Rico that is angry because Kristen refused to sell to her. After doing some research Kristen and I found out that this woman was lieing to us about numerous things. She is now very angry and has decided to retaliate by posting this complaint.
Kristen is not a puppy mill, she takes excellent care of her chihuahuas. She breeds quality AKC chihuahuas and prices them fairly.
If Kristen only cared about money and not about her dogs or her customers she would have sold to this lady just to make a buck. She refused to sell to her knowing that she was being lied to. I know for a fact that she only places her dogs in good homes.
Kristen is an excellent breeder to work with, one of the best. I have and will continue to advise customers to work with her.
