Halton Place-A place not fit for humans
We live in a squalid apartment community in GREENVILLE, SC called HALTON PLACE. This place needs to be inspected by the proper authorities, because it is in violation of several health and safety codes.
It is also in need of some serious renvation and repair. For example, when we had a problem with our water heater for the fourth time in six weeks, it had leaked so much that the walls around it were ready to collapse. IT STILL HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED.
We always pay our rent on time, and we notified the office over two months before our moving day, yet the general manager, PAT DOUGHERTY, has always behaved in a rude and condescending manner towards us.
We would not recommend this place to anyone, unless they like cockroaches, because there has been a problem with those as well.
