Hamilton Moore & Associates Rip off for the vulnerable Toronto Ontario Canada

I received a letter from this company and although I was in a very vulnerable state (my 29yr old son passed away and a 'friend' had opened an internet banking account in my name and I lost over $AU9,000) I was living in Belfast Northern Ireland but my home is in Australia. I got one of their insidious letters saying I had won 490,000 and send 19.95 to receive it. Had I been vulnerable and desperate (as I could easily have been due to my circumstances) I would have lost my 20 pounds and maybe had I given them my credit card details they may well have cleaned out my account???? I get very angry that these shysters can continue this without any interference.
