The Americans With Disabilities Act are Totally Disregarded at these Properties which are up for sale or in Foreclosure. There are a Plethora of building Code Violations that are Being Totally ignored by Clark County Building Inspectors, as they attempt to pass these off as safe properties. They have continuously played games with State Law vs that of Federal Law. They Violate the Civil Rights of Tenants by entering and stealing property that is already contaminated by Black Mold.
