Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
A week or so ago there was a call from a male caller asking for my wife by her first name. When I asked "whoes calling" he replied. "un huh" and hung up.
Yesterday (June 30) the same call and the same man and reply when I asked who was calling. 15 minutes later, another call, this time a woman, asking for "Mrs. P----" Again, a hang-up.
Last year my wife did order some garbage bags and so they have her name and number. I will do whatever I can to help shut these creeps down.

You will not be able to reach them by a redial/callback--I think that's pretty standard for call centers like theirs. You can, however, call their 800 number to speak with someone. If you call 800-453-2666 you should reach someone able to help resolve your issue. I called a few weeks ago with a similar problem and it was resolved.

After each of the above calls I did try *57 and *69 to trace the call, but was unable to get a number with that system. Yesterday morning my wife did pick up and the same voice tried to get her to "donate what you did last year" (when she ordered the garbage bags. We did receive them). Fortuunately she didn't reorder and refused to give them anything. Her memory is failing (78) and I have to monitor her actions carefully.
I will be more than happy to cooperate with any legal or law enforcement agency that is going after these people and I will pay strict attention to her accounts to make sure they don't do further harm.
